Our Anniversary Weekend

This past weekend (Sunday actually) was Jamie and my 6th anniversary so we headed up to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge to celebrate and just get away from the normal things. We all had a great time. We went to the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies on Saturday, then walked around Gatlinburg, and then went back to the resort and played on the playground in the afternoon. Then for dinner we went to Calhoun's, which we both recommend for dining if you are ever there. Jamie had ribs (and he shared with me) and I had a barbeque chicken breast that was so good. On Sunday we did some shopping at one of the many outlet malls there.

Here are some pictures from the weekend! In case you notice, at the aquarium, we couldn't get her to smile for the camera for anything! We even offered her Teddy Grahams for a smile and didn't get one! She was so fascinated with the fish that she didn't want to look. She especially seemed to love the sharks and the big fish. At the sting ray bay, she was even talking to them and doing her "come here" motion.

These 3 fish were actually kinda weird because they literally stayed in this same position like they were supposed to pose for people's pictures.
