Short stories

We have been taking pictures lately, mostly on the weekends, but I have been slow to post or blog about them. Here are some (with their stories, of course) from the past few weeks.

She found her new hat (thanks Amanda) in her room and decided to put it on. Normally she does not like to wear hats so I was surprised. But when she walked around for a while with the tags still on, I decided it was cute and matched her shirt so why not take some pictures??

Last week, when it was warm and pretty outside, she and I went outside and played everyday, sometimes at the playground and sometimes with her ball in the back grassy area. Every time we go outside the apartment, she thinks it means we are walking up the hill to the playground and she will just start going without me. One day there were two dogs out there with their owners playing tennis ball, and Peyton was loving watching them but one of the dogs was going crazy seeing her out there. So we came inside- it appeared the owner couldn't handle much more from that dog! Although I took a lot of pictures, here are some of the best.

Finally, these are some pictures from Valentine's Day. Peyton and Jamie went out early to get me some Valentine's breakfast from chic-fil-a, but later we went to the Y to go swimming, and then played outside. Believe it or not, we took over 100 pictures just outside- but we got some good ones. Thank goodness for digital slr cameras!
